The homepage is filled with Comcast promotional stuff, including the very first row of content (and there doesn't appear to be a way to remove or filter it out). There's no way to get to the "filter" part of the guide without manually scrolling the whole way to the top of the page, the program info opens in the middle of the guide, and there's very little in the way of useful program info (actors, directors, related shows, etc.). Even the cheapest Roku devices have the Mini Guide to jump around. You have to completely stop watching in order to change channels. There doesn't appear to be a way to have content playing AND view any kind of channel guide (?!). nowhere near as good as X1, or even the interface on Roku devices. You have to manually keep adjusting it to stay on your current time.

So, if you scroll over a movie that ends 3 hours from now, it then jumps to 3 hours from where you are right now (and doesn't go back). As you scroll down, it jumps around and loses track of what time of day you're in. The app recognizes titles that exist in my Movies Anywhere account (just like X1, etc.), but when I try to play them, I just get the loading symbol that never stops. My "purchased" library of content is unplayable, except for the items I've bought specifically from Comcast. The app itself is responsive, and hasn't crashed or anything crazy, yet. on these same devices, because it's all in the cloud).

You can pause and RW/FF through content, which is a feature that's inexplicably absent on Roku and Fire TV (and don't tell me it's about device memory. There's an app, and it works!
